Q). You say that you house us in rooms of 4 people, what if I am travelling alone, or what if there are less than four of us?
A). No problem! We actually have male and female rooms dedicated for this and we will pair up 4 of you to create one full room. The rates that apply are simply 1/4 (25%) each, of the weekly room total. |

Q). Is there a bond?
A). Yes, the bond is equal to two weeks rent, and is returned on your day of departure. |

Q). How much notice do I have to give before i vacate? |

A). If you can't advise us of your exact period of stay on arrival (we understand that you may not know in advance) then we ask that you provide us with a 14 day minimum notice to vacate.
